Ep. 8 Bonus Episode: Free the Change You Want to See

This episode is about embodying the change we seek. Are we ready to receive our dreams or are we asking for things we haven’t demonstrated the capacity to hold? I feel like a lot of us are experiencing this right now. I am, again. It can be scary to dream if that's the story you have told yourself, but how do we know if we're even ready to receive all the things we dream of?
