When is Enough, Enough?
Building on last week’s conversation about dreaming and centering yourself, this episode explores a necessary counterbalance. I reflect on what happens after we imagine more for our lives, and begin to realize that we may already be living parts of what we once dreamed of.
This episode is about releasing the constant pressure to do more, be more, and achieve more — and instead learning to recognize when you already have enough, and when you already are enough.
I also reflect on how this understanding has evolved — from tying my survival to my creativity, to creating from a place of alignment — and what it means to continue building without depletion.
This episode is about remembering: abundance is not always more — sometimes, it’s enough.
In this episode, I explore:
• The difference between abundance as “more” vs. abundance as “enough”
• How constant striving disconnects us from fulfillment
• The impact of living in systems that condition us to never feel satisfied
• Why tying survival to creativity can lead to burnout
• How to create, build, and grow from a place of alignment instead of lack
Journal with me:
• What does “enough” look like for me right now?
• Am I striving for more out of alignment or pressure?
• How will I know when I’ve “arrived”?
• What am I trying to prove — and to whom?
